Crow Lane & Riverside

Crow Lane and Riverside Estate are located alongside the A45 on the outskirts of Northampton.
Crow Lane is a mixed used industrial estate home to a variety of companies involved with manufacturing, retail through to warehousing and distribution. There are around 30 companies based on the Crow Lane Estate

Riverside Business Estate is a relatively new development and is a mixed use retail, leisure and business park. Home to a number of key companies and retail units, with around 20 companies located on the estate.

The group was set up in the Autumn of 2009.

Lakes & Bedford Road

The Lakes & Bedford Road estate group, covers a variety of smaller business parks at the side of Brackmills.

The group started in the summer of 2009 and is growing successfully. The area that the lakes covers employs in the region of around 4,000.
