Telford Way
The Telford Way industrial estate was set up in October 2008, a number of companies from the Telford Way Estate had attended a Brackmills Estate Meeting and found it beneficial, so the group was set up.
Telford Way industrial Estate is located adjacent to the A14, just north of Kettering Town Centre There are over 150 companies based on the estate, a variety of businesses from manufacturing, office based through to warehousing and distribution.
Pytchley Lodge
The Pytchley Lodge Estate and Kettering Venture Park are mature established business location well located immediately adjacent to Junction 9 of the A14 dual carriageway and the A509. Local office occupiers include RCI Europe, FKI Logistex, Grant Thornton, Adams Tingle, Velux and NCC.
Kettering InterCity rail station is less than three miles away. Kettering's only dedicated retail park including Tesco, leisure and restaurant amenities, Kettering Park Hotel and a Day Nursery, is immediately adjacent
