Finedon Road
Finedon Road commenced development around 1965 and is subject to continued development today. The estate has excellent access direct onto the A509, the link road around Wellingborough, and indirectly to the A45, M1 and A14. It will form an important gateway to the new development at Wellingborough East. Existing occupiers on the Estate include: Weatherbys Ltd, Transworld Publishers Ltd, Channel Creasing Matrix Ltd, and Barton Petroleum Ltd.
The Estate is also the home for the Council's new depot facility, at Sanders Park.
The Council is the owner of industrial units at: the Trojan Centre, Saxon Court, and Bradfield Road located on the estate.
Park Farm
Park Farm is a modern industrial estate developed in the mid 1980's which has excellent access directly onto the A509, the link road around Wellingborough, and indirectly to the A45, M1 and A14. Existing occupiers on the Estate include The Art Group, MAHLE Powertrain (previously known as Cosworth Technology), Wincanton Logistics, Nimlok and Booker Distribution.
